FAQ

We strive to keep our policies simple. After all, Fiber Circle has been a LYS for almost 20 years ourselves and have learned to appreciate those businesses that are easy to work with. Here goes:

  1. Low minimum of $100, both for opening and re-orders. We do not provide a shopping cart on-line so please e-mail your order directly to diane@fibercircleyarn.com. Our goal is to respond within 48 hours.
  2. Your order is custom made in-house when it is placed. We do this to ensure our enormous variety is offered in a method that keeps stocking overheads low so we can pass our incredible prices onto you. There is generally a 1-2 week turnaround plus shipping time.
  3. We will use the least expensive shipping method available – generally US Postal Service – unless you specify else wise and we only charge the actual shipping charge. No additional handling or packaging fees. We offer free shipping on orders over $400.
  4. Fiber Circle will only sell to LYS, yarn companies and seminar vendors / organizers. We keep a minimum quantity of 3 of any order to prevent private orders. However, on many of our products we offer random assortments which will be only 1 or 2 of an image set. When placing your order for the first time, you will need to provide a Reseller’s Certificate or copy of your sales tax license. That said, all products are offered in our Texas store and I may occasionally attend a seminar/trade show and sell direct to the public. If you are worried about a conflict, please inquire about my schedule.
  5. You will be billed via a square invoice immediately prior to shipping. Orders over $400 will require a 50% deposit at that time. Remaining balances are due within 7 days of package receipt.
